Job Description

Responsible for driving sales of energy products, supplies, and services within a defined territory by identifying prospects, developing customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on execution, supporting growth through lead generation, account management, and high-impact customer service. Ideal for a results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive energy market.

Job Responsibility

  • Supports business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for refined products across assigned territories
  • Maintains strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth
  • Supports the preparation and submission of competitive proposals and government bids, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and implement effective financial strategies that support revenue growth and profitability
  • Meets annual revenue targets by recommending and executing profitable project strategies
  • Assists in setting clear sales goals and performance targets to support regional growth initiatives
  • Supports development of standardized proposal formats, pricing models, and pricing strategies to ensure consistency and competitiveness
  • Tracks key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and field personnel
  • Stays informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
