You will be the face of City Plumbing in your territory, identifying and capitalising on every opportunity to grow our customer base.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively look for new business while nurturing and growing existing trade accounts within your designated territory
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently meet and exceed sales and margin targets
Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and teams across your area to ensure a seamless service for our customers
Act as a brand ambassador, keeping your finger on the pulse of local market trends and competitor activity
Utilise CRM tools to manage your pipeline effectively and provide accurate forecasting
Requirements:
Tenacity and resilience
A pro-active approach to sales, with a proven ability to win and grow new business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels
Self-confident and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own diary and work on your own initiative
Ability to interpret financial data to drive profitable growth
Full UK Driving License is essential
