ETS (Environmental Treatment Solutions) part of REMONDIS Group are looking for an Area Sales Representative to join our team in Minto NSW. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Area Sales Representative is responsible for selling waste management solutions within the sales territory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop new business opportunities to achieve budget and growth targets
  • Maintain and grow the existing client base through regular engagement
  • Strengthen customer loyalty to support service agreement renewals
  • Promote a strong safety culture through hazard identification
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within the existing client base
  • Deliver professional customer service and complete administration on time
  • Implement processes to manage and respond to sales leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
  • Provide tailored commercial and industrial waste management solutions
  • Collaborate with Operations to resolve service issues and meet customer requirements
  • Report on sales activity, customer insights, competitor activity, and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Experience of business to business sales
  • Track record of results in winning new business and/or retaining existing accounts
  • Ability to maintain prospect and lead information in CRM system
  • Skilled presenter with skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Copy of a current license
  • Proof of entitlement to work in Australia
  • Will undergo police check and pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test
