The Role: We're looking for a driven Area Sales Person to join our team in Grant & Stone Chalfont Branch.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts within your area
  • Building strong relationships through regular face-to-face visits
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing new accounts
  • Providing expert advice on products and solutions
  • Maximising sales, margin, and overall performance
  • Working with suppliers to increase opportunities and profitability

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven sales experience (merchant experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Confident using computer-based systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
