The Area Manager is empowered to be responsible for identifying opportunities for profitable growth within an area assigned within a district; as well as providing strategic direction and sales leadership within that area to ensure the highest level of sales focus, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in the equipment rental industry
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, develop, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve results
  • Ability to drive results in a manner consistent with company values and goals
  • Physical demands require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required
