Area Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket. South Wales & South West. Want to run your own territory, build long-term customer relationships and earn a bonus that reflects the work you put in? This role gives you the autonomy to manage your own diary, develop your customer base and grow a well-established territory across South Wales and the South West. You’ll be representing a globally recognised brand, making it easier to open doors, build credibility and win business.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop sales across South Wales and the South West
  • Work closely with distributors, motor factors and independent workshops
  • Develop and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales performance
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across your territory
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts
  • Promote a premium product range into the automotive aftermarket
  • Deliver a high level of customer engagement through regular visits
  • Manage your pipeline and report activity effectively
  • Represent the brand professionally within your region

Requirements

  • Experience within the automotive aftermarket
  • Understanding of distribution and workshop relationships
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage your own territory effectively
