Area Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket. South Wales & South West. Want to run your own territory, build long-term customer relationships and earn a bonus that reflects the work you put in? Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop sales across South Wales and the South West
Work closely with distributors, motor factors and independent workshops
Develop and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales performance
Identify and convert new business opportunities across your territory
Strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts
Promote a premium product range into the automotive aftermarket
Deliver a high level of customer engagement through regular visits
Manage your pipeline and report activity effectively
Represent the brand professionally within your region
Requirements:
Experience within the automotive aftermarket
Understanding of distribution and workshop relationships
Strong relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage your own territory effectively
