Job Description

We are seeking a result-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Job Responsibility

  • Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets in assigned area
  • Managing the sales team and sales activities within the company including interviewing new member of the team
  • Coaching and carrying out sales training with sales representatives and role-playing sales techniques
  • Reporting on progress towards sales KPI's (weekly field report)
  • To collect the market competitor data in the responsible area as assigned
  • Set up sales targets and activity key performance indicators
  • Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives
  • Liaising with other departments within the company
  • Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales
  • Arranging to attend industry conferences and events
  • Networking with companies in the industry
  • To build a good company image
  • Other jobs as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of applicable legal and compliance framework

  • Must have car and driving license
