We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to deliver profitable growth across 10 depots. You’ll: Grow existing customer accounts, Win new business, Support branch teams to achieve sales & margin targets, Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. You’ll also manage your own customer ledger, driving revenue, protecting margin, and increasing market share.

Work closely with Branch & Area Managers
Align sales strategies with branch targets
Share pipeline activity and market insight
Support branches in converting opportunities
Conduct joint supplier/customer visits
Promote product initiatives
Stay up to date on product ranges and trends
Maintain structured call planning
Keep CRM/pipeline accurate and updated
Track KPIs (new business, conversions, dormant accounts)
