An established, design-led manufacturer and supplier within the KBB and bathroom marketplace is recruiting an Area Sales Manager to take full commercial ownership of a defined territory across retail and project channels. This is a high-impact, field-based role where success is built through structured territory management, high-quality customer engagement and disciplined sales execution. You'll spend the majority of your time in front of customers, developing independent retailers, showroom partners, merchants and project stakeholders to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. Job Responsibility
Take full accountability for sales performance across your assigned territory
Deliver consistent, profitable growth through proactive account management and new business development
Operate primarily in the field (minimum four days per week), managing a high-quality pipeline of sales activity
Execute a structured and disciplined sales process, maintaining accurate CRM data and forecasting
Work closely with internal teams and distribution partners to maximise opportunity across retail and project channels
Requirements
Proven experience in a field-based Area Sales / Territory Sales role
Background within KBB, bathrooms, interiors or a closely related showroom/merchant environment
Strong new business capability alongside structured account management experience
Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills
Commercially astute with confidence in negotiation and influencing
Disciplined CRM user with strong pipeline and forecasting capability
Full UK driving licence
Nice to have
Experience working with distributor or indirect sales models
Exposure to showroom-led retail sales environments
Experience supporting project or contract-led sales activity
