We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for several regions in Europe to join our hybrid working model as soon as possible. The position involves exciting and innovative projects with challenging tasks in a corporate culture where your opinion is valued. It is a secure job in a rapidly expanding company.
Job Responsibility:
Securing new projects and development contracts in close collaboration with sales and marketing
Supporting the technical and commercial evaluation of customer inquiries
Relieving the development department by pre-qualifying development projects
Assisting in managing ongoing development initiatives
Continuously monitoring market segments
Analyzing trends and innovations
Developing a flexible, scalable modular product concept for various customer needs
Leading and supporting sub-projects
Managing product lifecycle
Collaborating closely with internal departments
Planning, participating in, and representing the company at trade fairs and customer visits
Requirements:
Electrical/Electronics Engineer (min. B2.Sc./B. Eng.) or comparable qualification with at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and electronics
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
Excellent Excel skills
Willingness to deepen expertise in power electronics through advanced training
Strong team-playing abilities
Excellent Italian (C2) and English (C1) language skills are mandatory
Willingness to travel (minimum of 50% travel readiness)
