At Dahua Iberia, a leading company in video surveillance and electronic security solutions, we continue to grow and are looking for an Area Sales Manager to develop the business in northern Spain. Your mission will be to drive Dahua's growth in the region, developing strong relationships with installers and security systems, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing the value of existing customers.
Job Responsibility:
Business management and development in the assigned area
Customer retention and growth of the existing client portfolio
Project identification and tracking
Preparation and negotiation of sales proposals
Sales visits and product presentations
Attendance at industry trade shows and events
Market and competitor analysis
Management of customer training on solutions and products
Promotion of PartnerApp and DoLynkCare
Requirements:
More than 5 years of sales experience in the security sector
Experience working with installers and/or integrators
Knowledge of video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects
