This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up
Provide technical product support and guidance to customers
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to support territory growth
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and decision-making process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have:
Clinical background or experience working with surgical or diagnostic devices
Existing network of contacts within hospitals or clinics in the territory
Ability to understand and convey complex medical concepts
