Job Responsibility:
To grow the materials business in the region, support existing reseller/distributors
To interact directly with key accounts to grow the business & gain/keep high market share with them
Explore new applications and grades development based on market requirements
To support component business development in Refineries, Steel, Oil and Gas, etc
To develop proven solutions for both materials and components business at Stellite India
Interact with the manufacturing sites of Kennametal Stellite in USA & China for quotes, market info cost, stock policy etc
Requirements:
Engineering graduates in Mechanical OR Industrial Production with Management background preferably
Desirable to have 8 ~ 10 years of experience in Sales / Application development
Should have good knowledge of materials market (Cobalt Based, Tungsten Carbide, Nicke based, and Iron based)
Should have good understanding of PTA/Welding process/Spray Coatings/HVOF processes
Should be Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information effectively to customers
Able to assess Customer needs competently
Should be Customer focused, should manage change, uncertainties and take risk
Should be result oriented and have ability to ensure accountability
Lead with courage & Energy
Willing to Travel extensively
