Job Responsibility
Help meet the target mobilization of assets under each of the products as per the Business plan through active engagement with MFD's , ND's & Banks
Co-ordinate and connect with Pvt Bank branches and will be responsible for achieving the targets assigned to location and geographical reach
Responsible for business generation and scaling up business relationships as per as the assigned targets
Responsible for handling the day to day operations (business) with MFD's & National Distributors
Activate new MFD's for business mobilization
Responsible for conducting IAPs and product related training sessions for Distributors
Plan engagement activities for MFD's through meets, presentation and mailers etc. on a regular basis
Reporting of daily MIS to reporting Manager
Sharing progress report and market updates, provide regular feedback and implement constructive changes to enhance business growth in sync with the Reporting Manager
Be responsible to follow all the rules and regulations as per company policies and SEBI guidelines in selling of Mutual fund schemes
Requirements
Preferably a Post graduate / MBA in Marketing / Sales
NISM Mandatory
Ability to work as a team member with minimum supervision and has desire to build a career in sales
Target oriented/aggressive sales skills, self-motivated, capable of handling and guiding a team
Excellent in presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Market savvy & aware of key developments about the financial markets
Strong business acumen and commercial sense
Good understanding of retail financial services, preferably in mutual funds
Advantage would be over 5 years of experience in servicing Banking channel management of Mutual Fund Sales
Candidate with minimum 3-5 years of AMC retail experience
Excellent at business communication skills (verbal & written)
Candidates with Bancassurance experience can also apply
Prefer candidates in a similar role handling Banking channel for a Mutual Fund House
