This position will be responsible for optimizing and strengthening relationships with customers to drive further growth, and for orchestrating the network between the customer and Bühler at all levels.
Job Responsibility:
Understands customers' targets, issues, and needs
builds strong relationships and networks with all key decision makers to ensure ease of doing business with Bühler
Grows share of wallet by identifying and pursuing opportunities, using cross-selling, managing complex sales and tender processes, and coordinating a unified approach with the Sales Team and regions
Actively monitors assigned markets, conducts independent market analysis, and provides feedback to influence strategic market development and product differentiation
Plans and executes customer/prospect visits, prepares and conducts sales negotiations, and sets priorities to leverage Bühler's competitive advantages
Works constructively with Product Management and internal stakeholders, maintains accurate account and opportunity data, and establishes comprehensive action plans
Assists customers with broad technical know-how, serves as a role model/consultant to other Customer Relationship Managers, and co-develops focused sales strategies with Sales Management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Milling Science or Food Manufacturing
Minimum 5 -10 years' experience in machines manufacturing industry
