Join us as Area Sales Manager Firestopping and play a key role in driving profitable growth across Sweden. You will join the Skamol division of Etex and sell our Firestopping line. You will be responsible for delivering the company market strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence by positioning and marketing Promat as global brands within firestopping. You’ll build and strengthen relationships with partners, dealers, installers, and architects, while actively managing a pipeline of Promat projects. Through your technical expertise and commitment to delivering a great customer experience, you’ll create value for stakeholders and contribute to the continued success of our innovative product range.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and ensure long-term partnerships
Play a vital role in the sales process, ensuring our products not only meet specifications but also contribute to the success of construction projects
Use your deep understanding of construction products and systems to explain their benefits and help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Lead negotiations and close major deals that significantly impact business growth
Being a main point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to offer effective technical and customer service
Find, develop and maintain key partnerships within firestopping
Provide valuable insights to help shape the company’s direction and product offerings
Visiting and training of craftsmen and installers to promote the advantages and benefits of our systems
Play a vital role in the sales process, influencing key players like specifiers and installers
Requirements:
External sales experience, preferably with Firestopping or from the technical construction business
B2B experience
Good technical knowledge
Proficient in the use of CRM
Fluent in both verbal and written English and experienced with the Nordic languages
Analytical, results driven mindset
