Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly turnover for both primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
  • Developing specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UFS’s product portfolio
  • Coordinating distributor resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales results
  • Reviewing progress on sales, execution scores, direct coverage, and relevant projects throughout the year
  • Working closely with DT team, to manage stock for operators and wholesalers
  • Managing personnel and developing our salesmen’s field competency and skill development
  • Ensuring compliance with sales policies, practices, and procedures

Requirements:

  • 5 years in Area Sales Manager experience is required
  • Solid traditional trade, distributor management, open trade market and Food service understanding required
  • Team management
  • Good observation & Good instinct
  • Immediate problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding in general trade and Food service
  • Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned
  • High responsibility on compliance
