Job Responsibility:
Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly turnover for both primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
Developing specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UFS’s product portfolio
Coordinating distributor resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales results
Reviewing progress on sales, execution scores, direct coverage, and relevant projects throughout the year
Working closely with DT team, to manage stock for operators and wholesalers
Managing personnel and developing our salesmen’s field competency and skill development
Ensuring compliance with sales policies, practices, and procedures
Requirements:
5 years in Area Sales Manager experience is required
Solid traditional trade, distributor management, open trade market and Food service understanding required
Team management
Good observation & Good instinct
Immediate problem-solving skills
Solid understanding in general trade and Food service
Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned
High responsibility on compliance
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skill and negotiation skills
Strong customer service, relationship management, people management and key account management skills
