Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
  • Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT’s product portfolio
  • Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
  • Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
  • Work closely with DT Owner, DT Supervisor, DT Sales force, and closely work in the market
  • Direct contact with shop owner and consumer
  • Manage personnel and develop distributor’s salesman field competency and skill development
  • Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures

Requirements:

  • Solid traditional trade, distributor management, and open trade market understanding required
  • Team management
  • Good observation & Good instinct
  • Immediate problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding in general trade
