The Area Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across a portfolio of three properties to maximize revenue, market share, and brand visibility. This role oversees property sales teams, drives group and corporate business, and develops strategic partnerships to achieve revenue goals. The Area Sales Director works closely with property leadership, revenue management, and marketing to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across three properties
Lead, coach, and support on-property sales teams to achieve sales targets
Generate new business through corporate, group, and negotiated accounts
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and community organizations
Collaborate with revenue management and property leadership on pricing and market strategy
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-property environments
Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and travel between locations
