Job Responsibility

  • Strategic management of the defined territory
  • Active market cultivation and development of country-specific sales strategies
  • Execution and follow-up on market and customer-specific targets
  • Consulting and maximization of existing customer business while supporting new clients
  • Expansion of relationship management with a focus on strategic partnerships
  • Generation of new business in the SME segment
  • Responsibility for revenue, margins, and related KPIs
  • Regular customer visits to maintain loyalty and negotiate project terms
  • Proposal preparation, project planning, and pipeline management
  • Follow up on campaign leads through personal networks
  • Maintaining and analyzing CRM data to generate new partners and opportunities
  • Team building, leadership, and management responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Commercial or technical degree (University, Bachelor, or Master)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset recognized as a thought leader by leadership, peers, and developers
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to build and maintain productive relationships
  • Independent, structured work style with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel
  • Multilingual negotiation and presentation skills with a high closing ration
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, analytics, databases, and ETL technologies as well as enterprise software sales
  • Extensive industry network
  • Proficient with MS-Office and CRM tools
