Randstad, on behalf of ZeniΘ, the leading integrated energy provider in Greece offering natural gas and electricity, is looking to add a new member to its team with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills for the position of Area Sales Channels Supervisor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of the sales coordinators’ team and ensure that they are aligned with the overall business objective
  • Maintain and increase the external sales channels network according to the commercial policy
  • Identify opportunities and develop the external sales channels network within the area of responsibility
  • Mentor and coach sales channels coordinators, assisting in the execution of their duties and ensuring constant improvement in their professional skills
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure effective and efficient use of CRM/billing system by team members
  • Monitor and look into the competition of energy market
  • Create & provide monthly reports regarding sales KPI’s to all sales channels coordinators and to the management team proposing corrective actions
  • Interact with the colleagues of other units regarding sales activities of his/her area of responsibility when required
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to partners in a timely manner along with the sales channels coordinators
  • Provide feedback to the Head/Manager on daily/weekly basis
  • Collaborate with rest of sales team in order to ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth
  • Complete administrative work as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in similar position, leading a Sales Team
  • Work experience in energy market is considered as a strong plus
  • Identify possible risks and suggest alternative solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management to achieve monthly goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP software
  • Very Good knowledge of English
