Job Description

Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Support Managers to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites. You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage, inspire, and engage the teams
  • Understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships
  • Support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites
  • Manage and guide the chef managers with the day-to-day running of the site
  • Build excellent client relationships

Requirements

  • Multisite management experience
  • A passion for food and service
  • Craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed
  • Managed at least 4 sites
  • A chef by trade and still be happy to be in the kitchen when needed
  • Comfortable conversing at all levels
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised
  • Understanding of how to prioritise effectively
  • Proficient with Office suite
  • Able to produce spreadsheets and presentations
