Area Manager

• Leading your team, ensuring compliance to safeguarding requirements and the achievement of on-going positive outcomes
• Upholding Cartrefi’s values in everything you do and build positive relationships internally and externally
• Budgeting for your services and monitoring cash flow
• Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on service performance to ensure alignment with our organisational goals

• Previous experience of managing a service supporting people with learning disabilities, and/or other support needs
• NVQ 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or the ability and willingness to gain this qualification
• Experience of managing and leading a team and an ability to build positive relationships with a range of people.
• The ability to achieve results through managing colleagues’ performance and monitoring and evaluating service provision
• A good standard of digital literacy with experience of working with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Being fluent in Welsh is desirable so you can effectively communicate with Welsh-speaking people we support
