To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following position in the PARKING department: Area Manager (m/f/d)

Job Responsibility:

You are the first point of contact for our customers and clients in your area
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the assigned properties in your area and for ongoing sales, cost, and quality management
You will be responsible for creating and implementing the budget for your businesses
You continuously report on the performance of your objects (internally, but also to clients)
You conduct monthly safety and quality checks in your properties
You are responsible for opening new locations in your area

Requirements:

Ideally, you have completed commercial or technical training
Experience in team leadership in the service sector and a proactive personality
Aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking
Openness to new technologies and a hands-on mentality
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and resilience
Driving licence B
German and English required
