Would you like to play a key role in a thriving company? Are you looking for a challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Help Desk support service. Working in a busy environment with a high volume of calls and emails that need to be dealt with in a friendly, professional manner, as a motivated team member you will also provide help and support to our area managers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide lunch time cover for the Front of House Staff
  • Assist with meeting visitors, staff, RCT delegates and tenants
  • Assist with post (incoming and outgoing)
  • Escort contractors and visitors if required
  • Ensure that the reception area is always presentable
  • Assist with the admin work
  • Assist with managing helpdesk and booking system
  • Ensure Health and Safety Protocols are being met
  • Assist with any Emergency Evacuations process
