This position is responsible overseeing a group of stores within a designated market, providing strategic leadership and business acumen skills within the market to maximize store performance and profitability. This role preserves the culture and reinforces consistent customer experiences and operational standards through leading, coaching, and accountability.

In partnership with District Sales Manager and business partners, executes key company initiatives to ensure consistency across the organization relating to selling culture, brand expression, operations, and technology
Teaches, develops, and mentors leaders to make decisions that are in alignment with company events and objectives and always in the best interest of our customer
Responsible for attracting, selecting, developing, and retaining talented teams that inspire culture and drive hospitality
Assesses and educates talent, building high-performing teams and establishing succession for future growth
Cultivates an environment that encourages self-accountability and drives their own professional development
Identifies opportunities in collaboration with Store Manager to improve overall business performance within each store
Inspires others by modeling Brand style through their own personal stye expression
Ensures visual execution directives and product placement within brand guidelines and maintains visual expectations as defined by brand’s visual flexing requirements. Models’ expectations on store visits and ensure Area’s leadership’s capacity to merchandise to drive sales and protect experience
Ensures that stores maintain a solid foundation of operational excellence to maximize sales and profit and to minimize loss
Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment law
Ensure consistent expense management and payroll control
Values individuality and leads the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the tam to be their best
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
High School Diploma required
3+ years store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred
Ability to have oversight to a group of stores in a designated market and lead a team of direct reports
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to foster a rich, collaborative environment
Knowledgeable in the latest organizational technology, and the ability to adapt, role model, and teach
Knowledgeable about the Brand and is current with fashion, trends, styling and fit
Proficient computer skills
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablet/mobile devices, and social media
Ability to travel, work weekends, and attend networking events when the business requires
