Area manager

• Oversee branch operational and service performance by analyzing performance data, developing and executing action plans
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to all levels of branch and area staff
• Partner with segment market managers to drive synergies, review sales pipelines and coordinate priorities/focus areas for branches
• Identify, source and develop talent, coach branch managers and their teams
• Work with various function Managers to drive sales activities by analyzing client and market data
• Integrate, prioritize and manage promotional campaigns across segment and product lines
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in retail banking, sales management and leading remote teams in a matrix organization
• Proven success in sales, service, operations and employee retention
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, prioritization and organization skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to actively listen
• Proven ability to respond to organizational, business and regulatory changes, inspire others and exhibit flexibility and self-motivation
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
