The Role: You will also be responsible for a large group of skilled trades maintenance group leaders and skilled trades team members. You will hold responsibility over these skilled trades employees, including the work involves a considerable amount of creativity and perception and a high level of discernment in making decisions. Work is of a technical nature using independent judgment within the limits of GMS; focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Responsible for training others.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
7 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in skilled trades
Experience with unions or UAW
5 years of experience in a people leader role
Ability to work / rotate through all 3 shifts as needed
Ability to work over-time, weekends, holidays, etc. as needed
Nice to have
Master's Degree in Engineering
10 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
