Job Description

Under general supervision, the Area Manager, Central Region is responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Valvoline’s market presence across the assigned territory, covering the provinces of Saraburi, Nakorn Nayok, Ayuthaya and Lopburi in Thailand. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and increasing product penetration across the Automotive Service Centre, Independent Workshop (IWS), Retail, and Wholesale channels. The Area Manager executes sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and customer-focused programs that support sustainable business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, training, and customer support functions, this role contributes to the successful onboarding of new customers and the achievement of regional sales objectives. Success in this role will be measured by new customer acquisition, sales volume growth, gross profit performance, market share expansion, and effective territory management.

  • Drive sales growth and strengthen Valvoline’s market presence across the assigned territory covering Saraburi, Nakorn Nayok, Ayuthaya and Lopburi in Thailand
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and increase product penetration across the Automotive Service Centre, Independent Workshop (IWS), Retail, and Wholesale channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive regularly within the assigned territory
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across provinces
  • Ability to communicate in English is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
