Job Responsibility

Perform maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to: Fuel-Related Equipment: Dispensers, air stations, fuel filters, nozzles, hoses, breakaways, splash guards, and chucks
General Repairs: Ceiling tiles, base trim, interior and exterior painting, pothole patching, sanding, patching, restroom and service door maintenance, touch-ups, caulking, and signage replacement/installation
Basic Plumbing: Faucet and filter maintenance
Outdoor Maintenance: Basic landscaping, mulch application, bollard pole maintenance, bike racks, fence and gate repairs, perimeter light poles, power washing, and air hose hangers
Hardware and Fixtures: Door handles, locks, closers, shelving installation, and repair
Other Tasks: Basic compressor maintenance, glove/sanitizer dispenser upkeep, traffic signage, marketing component installation, floor drains, island maintenance, and miscellaneous upkeep as assigned
