Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven associate to join our team as the Area Leisure Sales Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to represent and grow revenue for three world-class destinations — Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Autograph Collection; The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort; and Prince Waikiki. As a seasoned sales professional, you will serve as a brand ambassador, cultivating strong relationships with elite travel advisors, luxury consortia partners, and global sales networks. You’ll bring strategic vision, creativity, and polished execution to elevate our presence in the luxury leisure market and position our resorts as top choices for discerning travelers worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Growth: Identify new business development opportunities and execute targeted strategies to maximize revenue across assigned segments
  • Sell with Influence: Represent our portfolio at the highest level through tradeshows, global sales missions, and exclusive client events
  • Elevate Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with top-producing leisure accounts, consortia partners, and luxury travel organizations
  • Showcase the Destination: Highlight the unique stories and selling points of Oahu and the Island of Hawai‘i and keep our hotels in Hawaii at the forefront of the travel conversation
  • Create Impact: Host unforgettable FAM trips, site tours, and signature events that leave lasting impressions with partners and clients
  • Collaborate with Excellence: Work closely with property leadership, marketing, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, brand-enhancing strategies
  • Deliver VIP Service: Ensure personalized and elevated support for luxury travel advisors and their high-value clients

Requirements:

  • Proven success in luxury leisure sales with experience in high-end hospitality
  • Excellence in business development of the leisure market, accounts, and advisors
  • A seller with brand awareness (Prince and Marriott) top of mind
  • A polished, confident professional who thrives in relationship-driven sales and high-touch client engagement
  • Strong global network within the luxury travel community, ideally with established ties to top-producing agencies and consortia
  • Strategic thinker with a history of exceeding revenue goals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence
  • Flexible and adventurous — willing to travel, represent our PRH brands internationally, and embrace the spirit of aloha
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of Leisure Sales, Hospitality, or Business Management experience in luxury hotels
  • Position will be based on either Oahu or the Island of Hawaii. Candidate must be able to relocate to either island if currently not based in Hawaii
  • Must be personable, tactful, collaborative, patient, flexible, proactive, and driven
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and access to own vehicle
  • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position

Nice to have:
