Job Description:

Area Leader Trainee position with a focus on fast-paced work environment, overseeing store locations, and training employees to provide exceptional customer service. The training program typically lasts 12 months with significant career growth potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Directly oversee 12-14 store locations
  • Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
  • Implementing merchandising programs
  • Controlling cash and inventory
  • Motivating and teambuilding
  • Promoting excellent customer service
  • Focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
  • Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
  • Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
