Area Leader Trainee position with a focus on fast-paced work environment, overseeing store locations, and training employees to provide exceptional customer service. The training program typically lasts 12 months with significant career growth potential.
Job Responsibility:
Directly oversee 12-14 store locations
Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
Implementing merchandising programs
Controlling cash and inventory
Motivating and teambuilding
Promoting excellent customer service
Focus on profit and loss management including budget planning, maximizing sales, and controlling expenses
Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management
Requirements:
4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Nice to have:
Previous multi-unit management experience
