  • Meninjau kinerja layanan Staffinc untuk setiap proyek di area yang ditunjuk
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung fulfillment project, pemantauan, pengelolaan, pelatihan, dan proses offboarding
  • Membuat laporan rutin terkait metrika dan perkembangan yang terjadi pada pekerja dan klien
  • Membangun hubungan baik dengan pejabat pemerintah, komunitas lokal, serta bertindak sebagai perwakilan Staffinc jika ada isu terkait
  • Berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan jangka panjang dengan mengidentifikasi peluang ekspansi dalam area tersebut
