My Client is currently recruiting for an Area Installation Manager to join their Building Division. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for overseeing installation operations across the Chertsey area and surrounding regions, primarily South and West London. Occasional travel across the UK may be required, so a full UK driving licence is essential. As Area Installation Manager, you will take full ownership of the installation service within your area. You will lead and coordinate subcontract installation teams, ensuring high quality standards are maintained, customer expectations are met, and projects are delivered to agreed timescales.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating installation teams to meet demanding quality, service and delivery requirements
Recruiting and managing subcontract labour to ensure sufficient fitter capacity
Driving area performance to achieve agreed targets and service levels
Managing administrative duties in line with company processes
Promoting a professional image and representing the business positively at all times
Overseeing installation operations across the Chertsey area and surrounding regions, primarily South and West London
Leading and coordinating subcontract installation teams
Ensuring high quality standards are maintained, customer expectations are met, and projects are delivered to agreed timescales
Requirements:
Background in fast track building processes
Experience within installations and ideally the furniture or interiors sector
A hands on and practical management approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proven experience managing and motivating people
Full UK driving licence
Confident and professional communication style
Comfortable working as part of a dynamic management team
Able to manage deadlines and competing demands
Computer literate
Well presented and professional at all times

Experience ideally in the furniture or interiors sector
