Job Description

As an Area IFM Lead at JLL, you will oversee all Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations and delivery within the Area, connecting IFM to other GPP service lines while bridging Regional IFM leadership to site level IFM teams and fostering client relationships at the Area level. This role ensures contract governance requirements are met and high client satisfaction is achieved through collaborative relationships with other IFM Leads and operational IFM delivery teams while requiring regular travel to all sites within the Area to drive excellence in service delivery. You will lead and manage all IFM operations within the assigned area, ensuring delivery of integrated facilities management services that align with JLL and GREF goals, objectives, and Leadership Principles while fostering a collaborative and empowering culture that inspires team members to achieve their full potential. This position involves driving innovation in service delivery, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and exceed client expectations while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients as their trusted advisor, directly contributing to JLL's transformative solutions for the real estate industry through comprehensive integrated facilities management leadership and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all IFM operations within assigned area ensuring delivery of integrated facilities management services aligned with JLL and GREF goals and Leadership Principles

  • Drive innovation in service delivery leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and exceed client expectations across multiple locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis and 8+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Focus on integrated facilities management with proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing IFM operations across multiple and remote locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across diverse environments
  • Experience in translating client needs and balancing interests of client with those of JLL while demonstrating strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements with ability to ensure contract governance requirements are met
  • Leadership experience fostering collaborative relationships with other IFM Leads and operational IFM delivery teams for high client satisfaction achievement
  • Ability to drive excellence in service delivery through regular travel to all sites within Area while connecting IFM to other service lines effectively
