As an Area Housing Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative and practical support to the Area Housing Team, helping to ensure a fair, consistent, and customer-focused housing service. The role plays a key part in managing housing applications and supporting the allocation of homes across our schemes. You'll be responsible for managing inboxes, task trays, and system updates, responding to enquiries, organising appointments, and supporting the advertising, shortlisting, and allocation of properties through choice-based lettings systems. You'll also help coordinate viewings and tenancy sign-ups, ensure compliance information is kept up to date, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to support the timely turnaround of empty properties. This is an agile role, primarily office-based in Leyland, with flexibility to work across offices and sites as required.
