  • Up-to-date knowledge of the automotive sector and Further Education
  • Proven experience managing staff to improve quality and learner outcomes
  • Strong track record of supporting excellent teaching, learning and assessment
  • Experience managing and deploying resources effectively
  • Background in curriculum development, promotion, or marketing
  • Awareness of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Prevent, and Safeguarding principles
