Area Evening Area Janitorial Crew Leader

As a crew member of the ServiceMaster team, you will be responsible for creating a cleaner and healthier environment for us and our customers. By performing all cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures. Your primary duties will include; Quality Control Inspections; Ensuring cleaning plans are followed at multiple locations assigned; Assist Operation Manager with managing the day-to-day activities of all direct reports and front-line staff; Certifications; Staffing (including covering a shift as needed); Must be able to comply with facility specific security protocols including locking doors, operating alarm panels and reporting emergencies; Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead and lift and carry up to 25lbs; Must be able to differentiate between product labels, uses, and instructions; Paid Training, Competitive Pay, Flexible Schedules, Career Path Opportunities; Bilingual a Plus: Spanish and English
