Job Responsibility

  • Lead shift technicians to attend breakdown maintenance
  • Develop Maintenance & Reliability strategy consisting of Condition Monitoring, Preventive and Run to Failure plans basis equipment criticality analysis
  • Supervise the daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections, conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment
  • Purchase service of components used in the repair or preventative maintenance or equipment and facilities and use localization tactics to reduce maintenance cost without compromising on reliability
  • Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause(s) and makes necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Seek new technologies and automation opportunities in lowering the overall cost of manufacturing
  • Responsible for inspection and records of Quality Consumer Safety critical equipment
  • Develop Training Need Analysis of Mechanical Technicians and improve both Personnel Knowledge Index and Equipment Knowledge Index of assigned areas and team
  • Lead PM pillar in WCM
  • Work closely with the project team for new project and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics
  • 5 – 8 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics (PLC), hydraulics, heating ventilation, packaging, food processing, welding, machining and fabricating
  • Proficiency in trouble shooting the before listed categories
  • Leadership
