The Area Director of Sales (ADOS) is responsible for driving revenue performance across an assigned portfolio of hotels through disciplined execution, strategic leadership, and enterprise alignment. This role ensures each hotel is actively generating demand, executing Tandem Hospitality Group's commercial strategy, and achieving defined revenue goals. The ADOS serves as both a coach and performance leader, elevating the effectiveness of on-property sales teams while holding them accountable to results. This is not solely a support role. It is a results-driven leadership position focused on ownership, accountability, and measurable performance outcomes across the portfolio. In addition to portfolio oversight, the ADOS also serves as the Director of Sales for one assigned 'base' or 'home' hotel. This dual-role structure requires the ability to effectively balance property-level execution with above-property leadership without compromising performance in either area. The ADOS is expected to model the behaviors, discipline, and performance standards expected across the portfolio by leading a high-performing base hotel.
