We are seeking an ambitious Area Director of Sales to lead sales activity and revenue growth across multiple properties in North East Calgary. This role is based at the property level, leading the Sales and Catering team across two flagship hotels — the Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport and the Sheraton Cavalier Calgary — with responsibility for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and executing sales initiatives across both locations. With flexible event space for a range of group types, capacity for up to 400 guests, and amenities including restaurants, a waterpark, and fitness facilities, these properties offer strong growth potential. Both hotels are managed by Opal Hospitality Ltd., whose ownership-aligned vision includes planned renovations expected to reposition both properties to 'top of class' in their respective categories. Opal brings a strong management culture focused on performance, collaboration, and empowering on-property teams to reach their full potential — and the right leader will have every resource needed to realize that growth. If you are ready to make a measurable impact at two high-potential Calgary hotels, supported by an experienced and people-first management company, apply today!
