Job Description

The role of Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) at Huntington is designed for professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and traveling between local branches.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions
  • service customer needs
  • identify opportunities to provide advice and guidance
  • refer customers to other areas of the bank as needed
  • process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash controls
  • balance daily cash drawer
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
  • educate customers on deposits, loans, and bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking
  • adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • be dependable and adaptable traveling to multiple branch locations
  • perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
  • dependable
  • access to reliable transportation
  • ability to travel between local branches
  • authorized to work full-time in the United States
  • adherence to tobacco-free hiring policy
  • cash handling experience
  • career minded with a desire to build a career in banking
  • demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles preferred
