The role of Area Customer Experience Specialist (ACES) at Huntington is designed for professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and traveling between local branches.
Job Responsibility:
Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions
service customer needs
identify opportunities to provide advice and guidance
refer customers to other areas of the bank as needed
process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash controls
balance daily cash drawer
provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
educate customers on deposits, loans, and bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking
adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
be dependable and adaptable traveling to multiple branch locations
perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience
dependable
access to reliable transportation
ability to travel between local branches
authorized to work full-time in the United States
adherence to tobacco-free hiring policy
cash handling experience
career minded with a desire to build a career in banking
demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills
Nice to have:
bachelor’s degree preferred
