Job Description:

This role is accountable for driving Collection Management & to managing the agencies for performance, and implementing recovery strategies for hard bucket NPAs. The position requires close coordination with In-House team, vendors, legal teams, field staff, and analytics functions to ensure strong resolution momentum in 30+, 90+ DPD and technically written-off accounts.

Job Responsibility:

  • To manage to deliquency & day to day collection activity
  • Own end-to-end collection processes across all the buckets and implimentation of legal action on cases
  • Devise region-specific strategies for collection & customer available and vehicle available scenarios
  • Improve field traction through In-House team & vendor for skip tracing, legal execution, and direct customer negotiations
  • Monitoring daily deposition of cash with in TAT to maintain better hygine
  • Appointment of Vendors. Audit & Compliance
  • Ensure timely TATs and adherence to standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ Years of Experience is required
