Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the financial, people, and operational performance of KFC brand within the assigned region
  • Driving sales growth and regional profitability by developing strong teams, solid operational processes, robust financial management, and effective market penetration strategies
  • Identifying new site opportunities to support market expansion and successfully leading new restaurant openings within the region
  • Ensuring an exceptional level of operational excellence across all restaurants in the designated area
  • Translating overall business strategy into daily execution, providing coaching, guidance, and actionable feedback to Management Teams
  • Building organizational talent by fostering the development of internal leaders and actively supporting the identification and recruitment of high‑potential external candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • A people-first approach, demonstrated through building strong relationships and fostering collaboration across teams
  • Strong leadership skills across multiple organizational levels, driving high-performing teams and delivering business results
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, make operational decisions, and solve problems effectively
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Willingness to travel frequently as part of the role
  • Valid driving license
