Job Description:

You will lead commercial and team activities across a defined area in India. You will engage hospital teams, clinicians and healthcare decision makers to deliver measurable business results. You will coach and support field colleagues and work with cross-functional partners to align local plans. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and teamwork. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 Business Executives to achieve sales targets and market share objectives
  • Monitor field activities, conduct joint fieldwork, and provide continuous feedback to enhance team performance
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning in the field
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and address gaps
  • Drive excellence in doctor engagement, KOL management, and adherence to compliance standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, supply chain, and HR to enable smooth business operations
  • Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to internal policies and ethical practices
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Represent the voice of the field and provide inputs to the leadership team for future planning

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Science / Pharmacy (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of pharma sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a first-line people management role
  • Prior experience in respiratory portfolio is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
