Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 Business Executives to achieve sales targets and market share objectives
Monitor field activities, conduct joint fieldwork, and provide continuous feedback to enhance team performance
Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning in the field
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and address gaps
Drive excellence in doctor engagement, KOL management, and adherence to compliance standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, supply chain, and HR to enable smooth business operations
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to internal policies and ethical practices
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Represent the voice of the field and provide inputs to the leadership team for future planning
Requirements:
Graduate in Science / Pharmacy (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum 5–7 years of pharma sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a first-line people management role
Prior experience in respiratory portfolio is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
