Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable features for our ARDA platform. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver high-quality solutions that enable our business to thrive in a highly regulated environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design & Develop End-to-End Solutions
  • Lead the development of scalable ARDA platform features across the full technology stack
  • Build Modern, Responsive User Interfaces
  • Develop intuitive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks
  • Develop & Maintain APIs and Server-Side Logic
  • Architect and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and back-end services
  • Database Architecture & Optimization
  • Design and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Implement Testing, CI/CD & DevOps Best Practices
  • Write unit and integration tests
  • manage version control (Git)
  • support automated build and deployment pipelines

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Java
  • Backend experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with SQL
  • Solid grasp of complex SQL operations like CTE, query plans, troubleshooting, indexes
  • Experience handling highly regulated, high-pressure environments preferred
  • Familiarity with processes, red tape, auditory/compliance preferred
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Urbancode
  • Familiarity with AWS services like S3, SQS, SSM, KMS
