Archive & Myth is a premium cocktail bar within The Hippodrome Casino, offering guests a sophisticated escape in the heart of London’s West End. Known for its expertly crafted drinks, elegant atmosphere, and exceptional service, it’s a destination for those who appreciate quality, creativity, and flair. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead the Archive & Myth team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving service excellence, and curating a memorable guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role in one of London’s most stylish bar settings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Train and mentor staff in bar tending, service standards, and product knowledge
  • Monitor performance, manage rotas, and drive team engagement
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any service issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a premium venue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
