Job Responsibility:

  • Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration
  • Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS system
  • Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system
  • Assist with labelling, re-housing and cataloguing garments and accessories
  • Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and co-ordination
  • Supporting the Fashion Editing team with set-up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days
  • Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects
  • Any other ad hoc tasks required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and previous experience with Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics Samples) preferred
  • Knowledge of outlook emailing systems and excel desirable
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes
  • Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential
