Job Description:

The role lies within the Operations Technology (OpsTech) team across SMART Automation and Imaging portfolios. It is focused on supporting the multi-year, multi-workstream Transformation Programs for Client Operations, with the goals of enhancing, streamlining, and automating operations to improve productivity, scalability, controls, and client experience. The person in this role will drive the transformation agenda, define architectural roadmaps, and provide technical leadership for various programs.

Job Responsibility:

Define architectural roadmaps for tools, technologies and products in use in Imaging and Operations technology team
Facilitate Review/Approval on deviations to global standards with Operations & Technology Senior Leadership Team
Analyze and evaluate strategic technologies offered by vendors
Manage multiple global concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes and complexity providing technical and operational leadership
Drive engineering culture within the team and work on improving developer productivity, DevOps, AI and engineering tools adoption across the group
Make all technical directions and decisions based on technical expertise, experience, vision and conformance to enterprise standards
Follow emerging industry trends and potential disrupters to Technology processes

Requirements:

Extensive experience on .NET or Java technologies including hands-on experience on .NET core/Java spring boot, MS-SQL/Oracle
Extensive experience on Imaging technologies including using Open source libraries like Tesseract and products like KOFAX, Instabase etc.
Experience on using tools like Talend/AbInitio and Bigdata technologies like SPARK, HUE, StarBurst
Extensive experience of configuring and using DevOps tools including Lightspeed, uDeploy, TeamCity, Jenkins etc.
Ability to define architectural roadmaps for tools, technologies and products in use in Imaging and Operations technology team
Experience working closely with central and BU ARB groups to define target state architecture and end states
Facilitation of Review/Approval on deviations to global standards with Operations & Technology Senior Leadership Team
Ability to analyze and evaluate strategic technologies offered by vendors
