Job Description:

Engineer the future of global finance at Citi. Collaborate with technology, controls, and security teams to redefine operations. Focus on managing progress reports, leveraging tools such as JIRA dashboards, Confluence, and SharePoint, and ensuring effective project execution with strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibility:

Partner closely with technology, controls and security teams
Lead conference calls with stakeholders and produce meeting agenda, meetings and documentation
Analyse the information collected in a detailed manner whilst working independently and as part of the overall team
Manage the JIRA book of work while working closely with the team as well as independently
Manage and maintain weekly progress reports for team’s work and reporting utilizing JIRA dashboards
Maintain documentation and access in SharePoint and Confluence

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and strong analytical skills
Project Management experience to track and manage deliverables
Passionate about bringing structure and driving change especially at the point of execution
Strong can-do attitude
Hands-on with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
Collaborative by nature and able to work with all levels of seniority
Able to manage own workload and manage priorities
